This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Spain, Australia, Germany, Thailand, China, India, etc. All our orders are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee and we offer tracking with all your orders. Because we ship from all over the world, your item may take 2-6 weeks to arrive if you are ordering in the US. International shipping may take up to 8 weeks (unlikely, but possible, please be patient). On rare occasions, there may be delays on your orders depending on customs clearance and other unforeseeable factors. Depending on the country, you may have to pick up your item if for some reason it is undeliverable to your address on file. Please contact the local courier and/or customs office if your package does not arrive within 4-6 weeks. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

    We are located in United Kingdom with all prices being in Euros.

  • How much is shipping?

    We have store wide FREE shipping. All shipping comes with tracking codes. Also shipping is INSURED to make sure it goes where it’s supposed to.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    This depends on the product ordered and where you’re ordering from. Most items will arrive in about 2-4 weeks in the US and about 4-8 weeks Internationally. You will receive an email notification within 4-10 days once your product as been shipped. If you’re still not sure, just email us.  We’re happy to help and always here for you.

    • Note For International Orders: If you do not receive item within 4-8 weeks, please contact your local courier or customs office to check on your order. If for some reason it cannot be delivered to your address on file – you will have to pick it up yourself. There are different regulations in each country. Thank you for understanding!
  • Can I have a tracking number?

    • After 2-3 days of placing your order you will get a order confirmation email with tracking codes to follow your shipping.
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.   • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

    • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
  • What is your refund policy?

    • We offer a 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee – which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
    • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the product arrives damaged (proof needed). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 2.     • If you haven’t received our product after 45 days (90 days for Russia and Brazil), you’ll be eligible to request for a refund or we can resend you a new product. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: 1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) 2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) 3.   • I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?

    • Yes! If you contact us within 12 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
